Driers, Liquid PVC Stabilizers, Catalyst for resin Production and H2S Scavenger producer based in
Thailand since 2004.
Pau Tai Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd acquired OMG (Thailand) Co., Ltd in 2004 and retained all
technical & plant personnel for continuity’s sake. UNINOX grade Paint Driers/Catalysts based
on OMG Technology.
Presently UNINOX grade Paint Driers enjoy a dominant market share on its domestic market &
presence in ASEAN countries, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Yemen, South & North America,
South Africa, Middle East.
Dr. Tapan Kumar Khanra, Doctorate in Polymer Additives from IIT Kharagpur, India as
Managing Director of Pau Tai Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd has more than 31 years of
experience in this position, hence stability and commitment. He has extensively visited all local
and overseas customers for more than 24 years for technical support to Paint producers and
Resin producers. We have already started to develop Micro Encapsulation based
UNIPRESERVE ME grades biocides. Similar to our competitor grades having
AMIE/CONTROL RELEASE TECHNOLOGY.
After Pau Tai Corporation’s, Taiwan Board approval in 2021 to diversify business in the Paint
Additives area, the company invested in UNIPRESERVE grade In Can and Dry Film preservatives
for Paint and Coating, Home Care & Personal Care, Adhesives, Construction, Metal Working
Fluid Industries starting with known European Technology.
Our state of art Microbial Application Centre received approval from Thailand Ministry of Public
Health in 2022.
Biocides are used to control harmful and unwanted organisms and microorganisms, such
as bacteria, fungi, mold, yeast, and algae. A biocide is a substance intended to destroy, deter,
render harmless, prevent the action of, or exert a controlling effect on any harmful organism
by any means other than mere physical or mechanical action.
Pau Tai Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd manufactures an extensive range of Industrial
Biocides which ensures all formulations based on these Biocides to have the right composition,
devoid of unwanted impurities and unknown toxicity.
Pau Tai is presently making various biocide formulations (exemplary product list) suitable for
different customers to be used as In Can and Dry Film for water base paint and Dry film for
solvent base Paint, Home Care, Construction Industries, Metal Working Fluids, Adhesives and
Personal Care Industries.
Pau Tai Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd uses its Unique Micro Encapsulation
Technology to produce UNIPRESERVE ME serious biocides for long time protection of the
products against microbial attacks under adverse weather conditions. We have invested
6M baht to provide more Laboratories (Microencapsulated, In Can and Dry Film, Algae
and HPLC) and plant infrastructure to launch UNIPRESERVE ME series products from
August 2025.

Our Microbial Application Centre operates under ASTM D 2574-00 (In Can), ASTM D 5588-97
and TIS 2321-2564 (Dry Film) against gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacteria, fungi,
yeast and algae. After initial Biocide efficiency evaluation, the sample was delivered to the
customer to make a testing for the challenge test.
